This unique event offers physicians an opportunity to ask questions and interact with local legislators on issues of importance to their practice, patients and the practice of medicine. Doctor Day provides a unique opportunity for physicians to come together to advocate on behalf of patients and the medical profession. It features a wide range of hosts representing state medical and specialty societies, county societies, health care organizations and strategic partners.
500 physicians and medical students from 20 different physician organizations are expected to participate at Doctor Day 2019. The event will feature keynote speakers at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center prior to visits with legislators and staff at the State Capitol.
