WMS Annual Meeting/House of Delegates

Held each spring, the Wisconsin Medical Society’s Annual Meeting is a key venue for the development of new Society policies and member enrichment. The Society’s primary policymaking body—the House of Delegates (HOD)—conducts its business during the Annual Meeting, which also provides a valuable opportunity for members to earn continuing medical education (CME) credit and network with colleagues.

Key Dates

• Feb. 1—Deadline for members to submit resolutions for consideration by the Society’s House of Delegates. 
• Feb. 15—Virtual reference committees open online.
• Feb. 18 to March 18—District and specialty caucus meetings (Click here for details.)
• March 13—Deadline to make room reservations at Hilton Madison. (More information here.)
• March 24—Reference Committees held at Society headquarters in Madison and via webinar (Learn more here).
• March 28—Reference Committee reports provided to delegates, alternate delegates and Society officers.
• April 13, 3 p.m.—Board of Director’s meeting at Society headquarters, Madison .
• April 13, 5:30 p.m.—Foundation Annual Dinner and Silent Auction, Society President Inaugural Ceremony. (Learn more here)
