2026 Superhero of Medicine

The Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation has named Rolf S. Lulloff, MD the 2026 Superhero of Medicine, one of the Foundation’s highest honors recognizing physicians who go above and beyond to improve the health and well-being of their communities.

This year’s award was especially competitive, with a record number of nominations submitted from across Wisconsin.

Dr. Lulloff stood out for his humble authenticity, caring leadership and dedication for the people of Green Bay and Wisconsin. His work through the Brain Center of Green Bay, reflects a deep commitment to patient-centered care and community impact that truly embodies the spirit of a Superhero of Medicine.

In addition to an engraved award, this honor includes a $2,000 donation to a Wisconsin health-related nonprofit of Dr. Lulloff’s choosing, further extending the impact of his work in communities across the state. Dr. Lulloff has chosen the Brian Center of Green Bay to receive the donation.

Dr. Lulloff will be formally recognized at the Foundation's Health & Harmony event on Friday, May 1, 2026, at the Madison Marriott West in Middleton. The Foundation describes him as the “heart and soul of the Brain Center,” and looks forward to celebrating his lasting contributions to patients, colleagues, and the future of medicine in Wisconsin.
